Alessandro, cremones by birth, trentino by adoption. It all began when still been a child, experience his first recipes with his "nona" Ada (grandmother).


Alessandro started with enthusiasm and curiosity to help her, by improving and learning all the little tricks in the kitchen.

TODAY THAT CURIOSITY HAS BECAME HIS PASSION AND LOVE FOR COOKING.

"Dedication to cooking for me is a vocation. Al the kitchen you need inspiration, preparation, Its is educating your sense of taste, and this has taken me to travel and work in different places watch and learn as much as I can always being my goal, because enchanting cooking is a personal challenge."

I have had the fortune of working with great chefs: Mazzone, Enrico Crippa, Bottura, Spigarolli and finally with Gilmozzi "The Moulin" with him.

"I learned to achieved the value of nature. Watching my surroundings. I have learned to listen, feel, take advantage and extract the essence of things...I love nature, good cooking, details and simple things of life."

Today at "Osteria de l´Acquarol" proposes its kitchen, rich flavor, freshness and simplicity.
