The A.Mano workshop

An idea by Perla, the A. Mano project was born in 2021 with the aim of creating a line of “prêt à manger” delicatessen products that maintain the quality and popular tradition of Italian home cooking.

A.Mano has a double meaning, alluding to both the art and the loving practice of handcraftsmanship. For us, these two factors are fundamental for such a manual and ancient art and we wanted to encapsulate them in a single word to underline our philosophy.

Our workshop mainly specialises in different types of fresh and filled pastas, inspired by the seasons and our creativity, but also produces baked products like sourdough bread, breadsticks and large baked goods for Christmas and Easter, as well as sauces and preserves.

In addition to our own products, A.Mano offers a selection of high-quality local and non-local items sourced from small farms.
